Usage and precutions
1.Glass after washing and drying (no grease,water stains),was stick by the glass
spacer on a corner ,straightened spacer,keeping a distance of 2.5-3mm to the edge of the glass,and then press the spacer around the edge of the glass;
2.Install sealing tape at the interface. Leave 2mm-3mm gap at the interface,and leave 20mm connector outside. Then the sealing tape is inserted into the gap,and then pressing the connector with the sealing tape;
3.Place another piece of glass on the pasted glass by spacer,two pieces of glass must be aligned with each other,up and donw on the flat;
4.Put the two hollow glass pasted together into a pressing machine,pressing temperature control at between 110-140℃ ,exit temperature is controlled at 50-60℃;
5.Press the spacer at interface,single-channel sealing is completed(two-component silicone seal and could also be injected by request);
6.After inspection,hollow glass production is completed.Next process can be carried on;
Note:This product must be conducted in accordance with the sealing operation schematic flow butyl spacer,or it may lead to leakage.
